Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To request a return, please contact our support team with order details and product images.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with tampered or missing seals
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Replacement Policy
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on availability and customer preference.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to an error on our part, return shipping instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
